Service Authorization
I authorize LIM DETAILING to take possession of and perform detailing services on my vehicle. I confirm I am the legal owner or authorized representative.

Liability Waiver
I acknowledge and agree to the following:
LIM DETAILING will take reasonable care while the vehicle is in their custody.
LIM DETAILING is not liable for:
Any pre-existing damage (cosmetic or mechanical)
Any personal belongings left inside the vehicle
Any electrical or mechanical issues unrelated to detailing
I understand that the detailing process involves the use of chemicals, water, and equipment, and accept the
associated risks.
